If you have a coupon code from Coco June Concepts, you can use it on the checkout page. The coupon amount will be automatically reduced from your payment amount.

We do ship abroad.

Products are only delivered in the countries for which the website allows delivery. Special rules:

  • PO Box addresses and military APO addresses are not accepted.
  • Saturday delivery is only possible. Products will be delivered Monday through Friday, except public holidays.

How can I return purchased items?2020-12-02T16:17:25+01:00

Step 1: Contact info@cocojune.be and state your order number. We will send you our return instructions by email. The return costs are at your expense.

Step 2: Pack the goods before returning them (do not return any used goods, in original and undamaged packaging and complete with original labels, accessories). The original packaging ensures that damage during return is avoided.

Step 3: If you have questions after step 2, please do not hesitate to contact us. If no questions, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Step 4: If the goods reach us in good condition, you will be refunded as soon as possible. Should the goods be incomplete or damaged, we will inform you.

Only online purchased goods can be returned.

Goods designed specifically for the User will not be taken back and the User cannot rely on the waiver clause (E.g. personalized jewelry or tailor made linen).

Returned goods will only be accepted by Coco June Concepts, provided you have not put the items in use. Goods need to be returned in undamaged and original packaging.

  2. Enter the billing address;
  3. Enter optionally the shipping address;
  4. Enter some order notes if needed;
  5. Choose a delivery method;
  6. Choose a payment method;
  7. You will be asked to accept the Privacy Policy and the General Terms and Conditions;

If you have a gift card from Coco June Concepts, you can use the code on the checkout page. The gift card amount will be automatically reduced from your payment amount. If your payment amount is less than the balance on your gift card, you can still use the code on the card until your balance is zero.

How to use the gft card balance checker?

  1. Enter the buyers email address or your email address or your name, depending on what is printed on your gift card.
  2. Enter code that is printed on your gift card (not case-sensitive).
  3. Press the “check balance” button.
  4. Your amount left on the card will be displayed

Automatic notifications about the current balance of the gift card by email:
When the gift card has been send by email to a recipient, the owner of the gift card will receive an email with the current balance of the gift card each time the user uses the gift card online.
When the gift card was shipped by post, the owner of the gift card will not receive a notification email of the current balance when they use there gift card online. These owners have to check their balance manually on the website as explained above.

Free and payed shipments to destinations in Belgium are always secured and traceable and are shipped as package by a professional courier.

Abroad

Free shipments are sent by regular letter post and are not insured, not secured and not traceable. However, you have the option to choose for insured and traceable shipment.

Shipments outside Europe may lead to taxes which need to be paid by the customer.
